MUSICAL MENTORS AT A GLANCE
A Bit of Background
Musical Mentors is a not-for-profit community program in the Oceanside area (district 69). It is an entirely volunteer run organization designed to offer free, private instrument and voice instruction. All volunteers are high school student grades 9-12. Lessons are run after school hours, at Ballenas Secondary School and Kwalicum Secondary School. The goal of the organization is to offer a companionship for the child, while also showing the values of music.
WHAT WE DO
We offer one-on-one lessons for children (age 5-12), with your choice from a variety of musical instruments. All supplies are provided in the lessons and some instruments are available to borrow, if applicable. For questions and to schedule lessons, please contact us below.
